Great insurance and benefits program. They have a diversified structure so there is something for everyone. Steady and dependable job

Cons

Not much chance for advancement unless you are in good with management. Annual pay raises last 20 years are 2 1/2% across the board. Hours and number of days a week could change anytime. You are expected to work it with little or no notice

Pros

Vulcan Materials Company is bar none a world class sales organization. VMC treats every employee with respect and treats them like family. Everyone is giving the same opportunity to grown regardless of where you enter the company.

Cons

My only con thus far would be the office building in which we operate from. It is slightly dated and could use major renovations.
