Pros

The employees at Vulcan are the best in the industry. Job title really doesn't matter, everyone is willing to do whatever they can to get the job done.

Cons

The company has forgotten that the employees is what made this company successful. We have been loosing benefits over the years: health club reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, health care plan benefits declining but cost increasing. And the most recent, loss of pension.
