      Excellent business culture, team work and support. Great Benefits in sales including entertaining customers, company car, etc.

      Cons

      Tend to be on the lower end of the pay scale. Very slow upward progression because very few people leave the company

      Pros

      The pay is competitive . They offer a good benefits package. They also do a 401K match which is better than most companies. Company wide everybody receives boot allowance and safety equipment.

      Cons

      The work schedule is unpredictable. There is NO opportunity for advancement within the company. Work/Life balance does not exist. Management is out of Sync. Operates under the good ole' boy system.
