      Great benefits, pay, and bonus opportunity.

      Cons

      Some senior leaders probably shouldn’t be in the position they are in but that goes for any company. If they ask for honest feedback, they really don’t mean it and will take it personally. Claim to have a great culture and really push it but they will turn on you quickly if your aren’t one of them.

      Company was smooth with the transition of the purchase and change from Syar and Vulcan and handling of all employees.

      Cons

      None. Just took the opportunity to find something closer to home.
