      Pay is decent considering the effort put out

      Cons

      No training opportunities unless its convenient for them. Raises and promotions based off time you've been with the company and not based off what you know. Equipment poorly maintained, breaking down consistently. Equipment operator comforts aren't considered as ac is out constantly and just get told there's nothing they can do all summer. Hours are inconsistent. Get told you're working 50+ for it to be cut down monday morning.
