      Good health benefits, good teamwork depending on the position

      Cons

      Some days you work long hours and other days you barely get any hours. Your work depends on if its raining. If it rains you don't work. Wintertime work slows down considerably. Company morale is non existent. Used to be a good place to work for.

      Cons

      Racism is all over its so annoying. Last minute forced overtime. No personal life, was expected to be on call, very good ol boy club like, low Morale.
