      Great people to work with, you have a lot of independence no one standing over your shoulder, decent pay plenty of hours

      Pay was excellent coworkers were very knowledgeable and skilled good equipment for the most part occasionally would have lunch for employees good benefits

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and employees management never asked for enough input from employees either company needed more input from employees but were afraid to ask
