      Pros

      Above-average compensation. I have seen a lot of growth in Vyrian lately, which is encouraging. Fast-paced, and expectations are high. Strong emphasis on customer support. Work environment is safe, clean, constructive, and productive.

      Office renovations taking place, but ok.

      Pros

      This is a good entry level position if you have no other options and enjoy working in a hostile unprofessional environment.

      Cons

      There are no real opportunities to advance due to the size of the company, all of the profitable accounts are delegated to a small group of senior sales people.

      We're glad that you think this is a good entry level position, and we're sorry that you felt you had no opportunities for advancement. However, to be fair, having been with the company for just shy of a year really isn't much time to see what you can do with us. Good luck.

      The main boss (owner) is very social and nice but that is it

      Cons

      Management is horrible, lazy and they think they know everything, definitely do NOT recommend, definitely one of the WORST management I have dealt with and I have dealt with over 60 managers throughout my work history.
