Pros

Lower management and coworkers do a great job at creating a culture but that just blinds you to the agenda of upper management. They paid well and you worked remotely.

Cons

Company changes upper management frequently and like a 3rd world country, all management and employees get traded out for who the new manager wants to work with and it has nothing to do with performance. Healthcare benefits were the worst that I have ever had. You will pay for everything.
