Pros

Unlimited PTO, amazing colleagues and remote (which they have since taken away)

Cons

This company treats their employees terribly. HR staff is condescending, there is no consistency, way too many fire drills, lots of new leadership with no idea of how the company operates and a very overwhelming job to have. They will say the job is remote but that’s really not the case, they would rather quantity over quality and everyday something new changes. Stay away, it’s not worth it.

Pros

The company offers excellent benefits, including half-day Fridays during the summer, At the core, the employees are great people. While there was a strong effort to transform the organization into an exceptional workplace, recent changes have shifted this trajectory.

Cons

The company frequently shifts its strategic direction, creating a lack of stability and focus. It has an unusually large number of top-level leaders for an organization of its size, many of whom appear to lack the necessary expertise to drive meaningful progress. The hiring process seems poorly thought out, relying heavily on LinkedIn profiles rather than a comprehensive evaluation of candidates' skills and fit. Despite repeated rounds of layoffs, there has been no significant organizational restructuring to address underlying inefficiencies. Paradoxically, the company continues to promote and hire new personnel without addressing these issues. Additionally, the workplace culture reflects a strong "good ol' boys club" mentality, requiring employees to navigate the environment with caution.
