Company really cares about their employees

Pros

They have a wonderful culture at the company. The All hands meetings are one of the highlights and they are transparent and give lots of info during these meetings. Benefits and pay are excellent. The company really cares about their mission.

Cons

Sometimes there are some decision making processes that are confusing, but usually it is cleared up quickly.
