Pros

The benefits are pretty good. Summer Friday, Unlimited PTO, wellness checks quarterly

Cons

The company seems to be sinking. They let a whole department go early spring. They let 2 people on a specific team go to get new software, but they’re already behind. Providers aren’t getting paid properly because of this. 2 other employees were let go within a month or so and now they are not hiring more. Seems to me they did it for budget cuts. Leadership has no idea what they’re doing they take advice from their direct reports which leave them feeling superior and fight for a “spot”. The structure is horrible. No training offered and expect you to just jump in and out and then complain when you’re not doing so as fast.

Pros

Pay is good and you have stock options.

Cons

This company has more meetings than any company I've been in. I have 5-7 meetings/day and must do my work after hours. If you don't mind that, then the pay is probably worth it. I find that my department also plays favorites. It's pretty obvious in meetings who is treated with more respect and favorability.

Thank you for sharing your experiences at Vytalize Health. We're pleased that you find our compensation and stock options favorable. In response to your concerns about the frequency of meetings, we want to share that we've recently approved a new Ways of Working policy. This policy is designed to address issues like meeting overload and work-life balance. It includes guidelines for reducing the number of meetings, blocking out focused work time on your calendar, and ensuring work is conducted within reasonable hours for your region. We're also committed to fostering a fair and inclusive work environment and will be looking into your feedback about departmental favoritism closely. Your feedback is essential for our continuous improvement, and we encourage you to share any further thoughts with HR or your direct manager. People Ops Team
