      Pros

      Company is great in terms of creating a good working environment. You can expect to have a good work life balance. Quite fair in terms of the help given.

      Cons

      No consistency in pay. It is likely that new hires will get a higher pay rate or starting rate than the veteran workers which can be discouraging to the ones that have worked for many years. Seniority does not mean much.

      Pros

      Great Benefits, work from home, all work from home equipment is provided, internet discount, work-life balance, weekends/holidays off

      Cons

      Benefits can be expensive and require mail order (or CVS for non maintenance drugs) but co-pays are low. Need a good internet provider. Tech issues suck. It takes a while for them to complete a pathway to be able to get into the Maxor network.

      This company is the best 340B and pharmacy company that I have worked for. The company is very open to ideas and respects each employees contribution. This translates into transparency with our clients. Clients appreciate the transparency and realizing that their desires and needs are heard and acted upon
