Pros
Novel bag-lighting system made order pickup faster, location location location, better pay than retail chain pharmacies, excellent work culture and diversity (depending on which New York branch)
Cons
Management set unrealistic daily goals, subpar pay and health benefits (out-of-state company health insurance translated to severely limited coverage), company headquarters was out of state which led to avoidable shortcomings (e.g. - incorrect local tax handling), computer system clunky and a few decades outdated, undefined workflow inefficient and clumsy
