Vacation is on the generous side. Great colleagues, depending on what team you're on there can be lots of flexibility for WFH.
Cons
Gore culture is dead and it's sad to see, we're like any big corporation now. We have a financial target at the top of our new culture poster. Morale is the lowest I've seen it. Ongoing layoffs across the organization, including many long term associates. Pay is not competitive. No incentive to go above & beyond, you'll get the same 3-4% CoL adjustment as top performers
