Wachusett is a company dedicated to resident care and treats staff like family. The CEO knows staff by 1st name and takes an interest in their families and what is important to them. Wachusett invests in their staff, as well as providing leading technology to aid in providing highest quality care to our residents.

Cons

No cons, I was previously a Director of Nursing for them and returned about 3 years ago in a Regional Role.
