It was close my house.

The pay was horrible. The manager was horrible at first program had to switch to second traing was horrible healthy is horrible

Pros

a lot of great people end up working there, and it feels like family. It's great supporting the cause too.

Cons

So many cons! -Management is HORRIBLE -Lots of backstabbers -Very inefficient -People never get raises -expected to work insane hours - executive are out of touch -HR and executives will bend the rules for people the like, and crucify others for virtually nothing -doesn't value longevity
