      Pros

      Diversity culture and programmes are very strong . Young energetic people around . Good work life balance . I had quit because of a family reason I needed to take care at that point. Later joined elsewhere where they promised greater flexibility in terms of WFH which helped me manage my commitments better .

      Cons

      Work in every team is very niche , not much option for rotation at IC level. Bonus and increment cycles have been erratic recently and eligibility for these payouts are not fair.
