Good exposure type retail type projects. The Business development team is absolutely stellar at their jobs.

Cons

The recent expansion of the program management personnels throughout the company really made things more difficult for some people

Fun place to start your career

Pros

Culture is pretty laid back with a focus on work / life balance. Skill set growth is encouraged and there isn't a lot of pressure to produce on your own. You have backup.

Cons

Repetitive clients and challenges. You see a lot of similar ideas going around. This tends to happen in rollout retail design.

-An OK place to hide out while you're looking for your next step in your career. -Some great talent here, albeit untapped potential. -Decent clients. -Very talented environments designers that respect the rendering art.

Cons

-Poor upper management. -Their idea of project managers in a farce. These are not true agency PM's. -Profit, profit, profit. Creativity? Who needs that? -Truncated deadlines. Lack of proper timelines. Just get it done, they say. -An owner that says he's connected, but it very detached from the day to day reality.
