      Decent salary Decent Benefits Quick interview's (There is a reason for that more below)

      Cons

      Terrible communication Terrible project interaction Management is isolated. Big box retail/Service heavy Staff are tripping over one another due to top heavy management per project. Territorial management. Too top heavy per project. Subject to cyclical downturns due to focus on big box retail. (The tariff war will decimate the retail industry.)

      Decent pay Decent benefits Remote work if that's a pro.

      Cons

      -boring!!!! And I mean boring. -bix box retail "only". -Terrible brutally bad communication. -Job titles are nonsensical. -no synergy in a positive light, feels exactly like it is cold and sterile. It's not a sink or swim its you better be a "mind reader" because as I mentioned here they don't care..just hire another and toss.
