      The Irvine office has a small office collaborative feel to it.

      Pros

      The teams are fully integrated with all disciplines. They function as one. Great comradery, great local leader. I see changes moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      As with most satellite locations, you are looked upon by corporate as a stepchild. However that seems to also be changing.

Please contact Talent Care to learn more about our current Recognition Program that can be utilized by managers and our Executive Leadership team to reward high-performing Associates individually in a variety of ways throughout the year. This program can be used in addition to our other compensation adjustments. There is also an option for non-managerial Associates to give a company-wide shoutout to recognize another Associate's hard work and success!

      Pros

      The people are the pro and the reason why everyone works for WD. Without the hardworking people the job is not sustainable

      Cons

      Hard work! Put in the time and you'll reap the benefits, however you have to make your own opportunities and push yourself.
