Upper management is a joke, very argent with they can’t do wrong! I would never recommend this company to anyone for the services or a job…. Joke of a company! They will accuse you of thing then try suing you if you leave and also say that you are always welcome back. Complete trash of a HR department.

Having worked with Deepali Kamath, I’ve experienced her as a results-driven and approachable leader who brings structure and accountability to the team. She sets clear expectations and respects each team member’s skills — whether in architecture or design. WD Partners India fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, where people are encouraged to grow based on merit. I’ve seen strong performers rewarded fairly, and leadership open to feedback. It’s a fast-paced environment, but one where professionalism and teamwork are genuinely valued.

Processes can occasionally feel rigid, but they are in place to maintain consistency and quality across global teams

The management cares about its employees. Salary is paid on time. There is a lot of support amongst the colleagues. Hard working people get good opportunities. Efforts are appreciated. Hybrid works really well.

Cons

The salary can be more competitive.
