Can be boring when they are slow Not enough of a workload to be there full-time

Some good projects amongst all the roll-out. Good resume builder. Golden handcuffs for a select few.

Cons

Disconnected management. Implementation of a Project Management by non- architectural or engineering professionals. Client's question value of their PM's. Zero room for advancement. Staff running away.
