      Pros

      Energetic, talented people who enjoy working together. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with the employees, and leadership lacks a vision for the company's future. It's a factory and you are there to make them money. Period. All that WD brand language about being an industry leader is just puffery. Those who have worked elsewhere will tell you the industry is passing them by.

      Pros

      Culture is pretty laid back with a focus on work / life balance. Skill set growth is encouraged and there isn't a lot of pressure to produce on your own. You have backup.

      Cons

      Repetitive clients and challenges. You see a lot of similar ideas going around. This tends to happen in rollout retail design.
