Compensation is OK. Work life balance is fine if your team are not in a busy season. Good working environment and nice colleagues.

The compensation is not that competitive compared to other high tech companies in the semiconductor industry. The benefit (e.g., 401K) is just so so. Complicated upper-level management and reorg.
