Seniors dont have a courage to take feedback from juniors. Talent is not appreciated. No rewards for top performers Difficult time serving notice period as pressure mounts Management has no clue on competing with other market players Stock is on to a downhill and no traction from wallstreet. David is making some improvements but its not enough.
