Good colleagues and team work. Happy Work Place emphasize. Good Work life balance. Good Benefit and vacation leave up to 20 day after 10 years.

Cons

Career Growth on professional path not clear. Only on management path. Less investment in people development (Engineer level), compare to operator level.

Pros

I've always liked and respected my management team. The company is constantly adding more perks (free lunch once a week, new gym, Crossfit, onsite medical offices, free breakfast on Fridays).

Cons

Not a lot of mobility within the company to move to another department and pick up a new skill set. We've recently lost a lot of really seasoned employees due to layoffs or retirement and we do not have a good way of passing down their tribal knowledge. Because we are a lot of legacy companies brought together as one, our infastructure is still old and moves slowly. Medical and Dental benefits are really terrible (high deductible plans).
