Moderate increment, good working culture and environment, good relationship between process & production.
Cons
not much employee benefit, too much concern on operating cost and headcount until its difficult to achieve the management goal, constantly have to work overtime and no OT claim. Lack to innovation in technology within this few year when there is shift to SSD demand the company still proudly say their HDD drive is the best
