      Pros

      Work is interesting. Close to Home.

      Cons

      Force to work in office. 95% of what I do is with remote location employees... Yet upper management likes to waste money on un needed office space. Upper Management micro manages lower level management. Lower level Managers have no control over the simplest of decisions... Even though work is getting done. Many management changes in the 2 years I have been there.

      Plenty of work but its always the same people do the work. The work isn't equal for all employees.

      Don't want to pay works who are committed to the company.

      Some excellent talent in certain groups, otherwise a political nightmare

      Pros

      Certain groups really value hard work and innovation. A lot of contributors really believe in what they're doing. You can do very well here, if you're in the right group.

      Cons

      The politics are out of control. In a few months you'll realize that you're actually reporting to two or three VPs and often not even for things that are your job. If you fall out of favor with ANY director or above, you're days are numbered.
