Good pay and benefits, work/life balance can be good in some departments but not others, some smart and passionate people.

Cons

The new CEO has been MIA and there appears to be no vision. Ongoing layoffs and team reorgs, understaffed for essential work, needs to modernize marketing approach.

Large company yet you get the opportunity to be responsible for projects from beginning to end.

Cons

Limited staffing support and everyone is quick to blame the other person. No one takes responsibility for their actions. My Senior Leader - doesn't even say hello when she is in town and she has worked there for over 2 years.
