      Pros

      Solid benefits and reasonable balance of hard work and ability to schedule time off. My last couple years there I was able to work from home quite a bit because I had a lot of autonomy scheduling how and when I got work done, so I could squeeze tasks that required physical presence into a couple days per week.

      Cons

      Didn't feel there was much care or value for me as a person with a desire to grow and learn. The company and management really just wanted me to keep turning the wheel on what I did--I was good at it, it was complex and unintuitive, and few others knew how to do what I did, so I got stuck in that role.

      Interesting work/cutting edge technology in NAND Good coworkers Stock has performed well

      Culture and care for employees not there The company acts cheap. There's no lunch or dinner and sometimes they'd give you a $10 voucher for lunch meetings. It's really hard to spend more than $15 in the cafeteria. The benefits are vanishing or reducing. The managers seem to only care about the number of hours of employees and not the performance and output. Great talent has been leaving the company. CEO is all about cost reduction.
