      Lots of opportunities to improve corporate infrastructure. Corporate acquisitions offer opportunities opportunities to work in different business units

      Cons

      Serious lack of leadership a the VP and Director level. The executive EVP level is good with good plans for improvement, the next layer needs to truly embrace leadership principles and run their organizations professionally vs like a high school popularity contest.
