The plant has quite conducive work environment, with built in cafeteria, atm machine and even gym room.

Cons

Management does not specify career pathways. Integration issues. Some departments are worst than others. Superb cost saving until: even though selling hard drives with SATA3, they weren't even testing with SATA adapters but with SAS...

Great people. The company talked with the employees and agreed to a structured profit sharing instead of incentive stock. They were great until the last new President/CEO who has been trimming the amounts down.

Cons

Hard drive industry market share is falling off quickly and they are in the process of downsizing.
