      Terrible corporate culture, at least in manufacturing side.

      Pros

      Some honest and good engineers work there. A lot of dumb people who call themselves engineers too but thats probably the same no matter where you go. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      Management takes advantage of everyone. Overwork, and underpaid. H1B and college grads beware. Internships are OK. Just don't apply for a job here after you graduate. Short term incentives are a joke. At least for non-exempt.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, decent ESPP, pay is reasonable, people are awesome.

      Cons

      Some departments are better to work for than others. It all depends on the manager. Parking is 1/4 mile away from the office and is in a parking structure. Lots of consolidation is going on right now due to the HGST merger, so the future is uncertain.
