      Competitive salaries and benefits, Great bonus program great employee lounge good work atmosphere,at least in Engineering Department

      Cons

      hard to get raise and/or promotion bonus program curtailed in favor of paying dividends upper management direction not clear and changed a lot layoffs put strain on morale (guess it does that everywhere)

      Pros

      I learned a lot as far as technical wise. Good systems to learn to add experience in resume.

      Cons

      Management is cliqui. Certain people get away with very unethical behaviour, but because they are connected to higher management, some things go unsaid. Human resources department is a joke.

      Immediate group are a great group of people to work with. Decent salary and flexible.

      Cons

      Vision changes too often. Lack of definitive answers leaves projects hanging for months on end. True understanding of how a product goes to market with upper management is absent.
