      Pros

      A good place to work with a relatively relaxed dress code and flexible hours. Good benefits. They just purchased SanDisk and have funding from China so the outlook may be good.

      Cons

      There have been numerous lay-offs recently so this may not be a great place to apply for a job in 2015.

      the management decision is made very quick and efficient. people know each other and communicate each other in daily base.

      not research oriented, not much budget for R&D. salary is low compared to other companies.

      Execution focused company. Had good strong, sound management team prior to 2013.

      Cons

      Changing culture with negative impact on lower level employees. Continual layoffs and no job security. Top level management not focused on employees or company. Too many distractions.
