Business Outlook
Pros
People are friendly and overall professional to work with. Located in a nice building. HR is working on elevating benefits to meet or exceed industry standards. Huge company with up to 1000 people at the Irvine office.
Cons
Management could make the environment tense and uneasy to work with. Feels like the company is doing everything they could to provide on-site "benefits" so employees don't have the excuse to take time off. HR took away accrual vacation days, therefore, if your boss don't like you, you can't just use "untracked" time off. Long unexpected hours if you have a boss who doesn't care about you. Limited career growth but we know the Execs will be banking once the merger with Hitachi is complete.
