      Pros

      A good place to work with a relatively relaxed dress code and flexible hours. Good benefits. They just purchased SanDisk and have funding from China so the outlook may be good.

      Cons

      There have been numerous lay-offs recently so this may not be a great place to apply for a job in 2015.

      Flexible job, reasonable job demands, predictable environment, nice spacious location for offices, gym reimbursement, good location relative to housing, dining etc, decent severance

      Cons

      Predictable environment, management unfocused and unsure product roadmap development, salaries are so-so, difficult to secure career advancement, currently in major layoff cycles with no warning, no true sense of company culture, practices a bit dated
