      Pros

      Job stability is good. Work from home option Stocks No strict timing in office Certain teams working on niche technology and doing good innovation.

      Cons

      No proper designation (Many designations, Very confusing to understand, nothing based on experience). No appraisal discussion or review. (One fine day, your colleague can become your manager just because your manager resigned.) No leave tracking system, so no carry forward. Promotion is whimsical, no process followed. Bonus is kept as part of CTC, depends on company performance. Team outing rare. This varies from team to team since it's a large company.
