Business Outlook
Pros
Good stuff: 1. Fast paced. New projects are always coming in and sometimes that leads to direction changes. 2. Mostly friendly people that are willing to work with you. 3. Opportunities to learn new things all the time. 4. Optimistic company outlook. Great upper management that keeps on top of market demand.
Cons
Bad stuff: 1. Due to the frequently changing schedules, can sometimes get tired of the switches and would just wish to finish a project. 2. Bonus payout is based on how the company did (as it should be). However, even if your group did excellent, could still earn little bonus if market is down. 3. Pay is lower than other companies but we are told that with our bonus, we are quite comparable. See #2 though...
