      Pros

      This company and industry offers a wealth of learning opportunity. The people here are all good resources to learn from due to the maturity of the industry. Enough can't be said about the positive influence the people here have had on the development of the industry. Bonuses and compensation incentives.

      Cons

      Management is slow to recognize problems and react. There is a short term view approach more often, where a long term solution is passed over. Prone to low moral due to competitive nature of the business; compensation and benefits are average or on the low end, with a challenging outlook for promotion. Outlook on growth of industry is low.

      Pros

      Great people, great collaborative environment, great benefits, great down-to-earth executive leadership team, decisions are made quickly and there's not a lot of red tape, flexible and casual work environment.

      Cons

      Extremely fast-paced and sometimes all the details are not worked out before a new program is launched. Can be a pro as well, though. Must work very hard to get promoted, but if you have a good manager, he/she will fight for you and make it happen.

      People are great to work with. Not much hierarchy in organisation. Western working environment.

      Cons

      Lack of training for entry level jobs. Industry saturated. Company too kind to individuals who under perform, especially those with questionable ethics
