      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Compensation is awesome but work hours are long. Cutting edge tech and work environment is nice.

      Cons

      Long hours, Slow progress and not enough motivated people, Job seems dull fro time to time and can be very boring in the long run if you aren't self motivated.

      - Great place to start a career. Can gain alot of hands on experience quickly. Training program is improving. - Company is full of highly intelligent professionals who readily offers a helping hand. Great people to work with. - Challenging and interesting projects. - Growing company with a good business outlook.

      Cons

      - Below average compensation for employees below management level. - Promotion is often seniority based. Often takes 10-15 yrs to reach mid-management level. - Changing priorities, programs that causes too much work.
