      They have FREE CrossFit for all employees!! The management team are easy to work with, and approachable.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much office politics! Apply what is trained not just attend trainings and forget!

      Pros

      Good opportunity for those that are motivated to move up the corporate ladder quickly. There is potential for growth, but it comes at a huge cost.

      Cons

      Lack of training, work life balance and chaotic work environment. The lack of clear leadership, organization, and processes create A LOT of added stress that could easily be avoided. Overall, if you are not a workaholic, then this is not the company for you.

      Talented group of engineers to work with. Cutting edge technologies and products. Good vacation policy.

      Cons

      Management is really lacks management skills. Compensation is terribly below market and is the biggest obstacle to bringing out true talent among the engineers. Motivation can be improved upon
