      Usually, was able to get a good bonus when the company made a lot of money. However, the bonus also depends on the individual performance

      WD is really not a nice company for employees. WD is very poor for its employees.

      Large public company - looks good on a resume if you can survive

      Cons

      Management promotes workaholic reputation as if it is a badge of honor. Working to all hours of the evening and sending emails past midnight, through weekends, during vacations, etc. is viewed as the minimum requirement. Abusive management tactics are overlooked as long as that manager gives their all to the company. I have personally viewed multiple instances of reprehensible management behavior in public settings that could and should be reported as employee abuse. Many colleagues have escaped this company over the past 12 months and none have regretted their departure.
