      Pros

      I was there for more than 8 years and no pay raise in those 8 years, not one penny. Gas price tripled- everything went up except the salaries of western digital employees

      Cons

      Extremely cheap. Hiring management for lower cost (first time management) they act brutal (no experience) to show to their bosses that they are tough

      Pros

      The company has done quite well financially over the last seven or eight years I worked there. There are probably some unusual perks for the middle and upper management, but the rank and file staff does not see any of it.

      Cons

      Expected to work longer hours with minimum or no recognition. The management is generally after catching the mistakes the staff makes and firing them, rather than catching the people when they do something "right" and rewarding them.
