HDD is going downhill. No room to go higher. Eventually it will be replaced (or loose 1/2 of the market and people get laid off) Put too much emphasis on cost saving Work overtime Some departments are not well organized and play politics too much, people are in low moral. People who yell aloud "win" the game Mid management sucks, some of them don't know how to make important decisions. Some of them only have bachelor degree, in my opinion, a master is at least in a big company for mid management

heavy political environment, skill & commitment is not important but how to make boss happy is the key of success! boss keep scolding subordinates, some times the wording used is even vulgar & insulting the subordinates.some employees are underpaid compare with market price.not much career opportunities.
