Friendly colleagues and nice manager. Well benefits and relaxed working environment. It's good choice to work there as a start!

Cons

Salary increment slow and HDD industry not promising any more. Besides those two, this is quite a nice company! :)

- Almost no office politics - Most people leave you alone to be who you are - Co-workers in my department are nice and cooperative people

Cons

- There are some problematic managers and staff members. I am fortunate my manager is a fair person who is customer-oriented and strives for good results. - Office atmosphere can feel stale. Few 'Wow look at this product, isn't it amazing?' moments.
