      Good, profitable company while paying inadequate attention to its employees

      Pros

      Though expansive, OC is a nice place for living. Location is convenient. People are friendly in general. Working environment is OK.

      Cons

      Salary is below average if taking living cost into consideration. Benefits are not attractive compared with other IT companies. Communication between departments can get mixed-up. Cannot accure long vacations.

      Pros

      Management is very focused. Always communicate with employees on any big changes coming your way.

      Cons

      Expect to be stuck in the same position even if you think you are doing a good job (and are rated so!). Just because you keep getting good performance reviews does not mean you are going to get a job promotion any time soon!
