      Excellent bonus structure Exciting work on cutting edge technology Employee purchase discount 2 year ESPP pricing window (but only 5% discount)

      No raises, promotions hard to come by, long hours, pressure to work into evening to get work done. Coach class travel overseas

      Pros

      Great manager, challenging, location (southern CA), good bonus. Input is valued and solicited by management, no issues with speaking your mind.

      Cons

      Medical insurance is designed for healthy singles person. 6K in network, 6K out of network deductible - seems doctors are in network and labs / surgery centers are out of network. Long hours, worked holidays, which leads to burn out.

      Good environment, well paid, user friendly and all the team member work along happily, contractual bonus, performance bonus, provide with canteen

      Cons

      strictly to the company rules, no flexi hours, long working hours, too many staff, the office facilities are poor and not proper managed
