      Individual contributors and 1st level managers care and want to help the company succeed.

      Too many chefs in the kitchen. Weak leadership from Milpitas continue to drive the company to the ground. VPs and Sr Directors continue to make the wrong decisions and don’t really understand the business.

      I haven't had a bad manager, and I'm able to display my skillset without compromise

      Despite being in an incredible standing with my previous manager, the rotational program policy forced me to move despite repeated mutual interest in my exit from the program into a permanent full-time role.
